3.2.2Bottle Height
Test by height vernier caliper with division value of 0.02mm or other height measure devices.
3.2.3Body Outer Diameter
Test by vernier caliper with division value of 0.02mm or other outer diameter measure devices, all spots on the same cross section should meet requirement.
3.2.4Body Ovality
Test maximum outer diameter and minimum outer diameter of same body cross section according to 3.2.3. Body ovality should be calculated according to the following format:
O=Dmax-Dmin
*O: body ovality/mm
*D
max: maximum body outer diameter/mm
*D
min: minimum body outer diameter/mm
3.2.5The Thickness of Body and Bottom
Test by thickness gauge with division value of 0.02mm
3.2.6Thickness Difference of Same Bottom
Test maximum and minimum thickness of same bottom according to 3.2.5, the ratio should be thickness difference of this bottom.
3.2.7Non-parallelism of Finish with reference to Container Base
Test maximum and minimum finish height according to 3.2.2. Non-parallelism of finish with reference to container base should be calculated according to the following format:
△H=Hmax-Hmin
*△H: Non-parallelism of finish with reference to container base/mm
*Hmax: maximum height
*Hmin: minimum height
3.2.8Dipped Ring
Put the bottle or jar on horizontal board with bottom up, and make that stable. Test the gap between finish and board by 0.05mm feeler gauge. When the tested bottle or jar doesn’t move and feeler gauges are in inner finish, the feller gauges stuff. The maximum thickness feeler gauges can stuff is dipped ring.
3.2.9Finish Inner Diameter and Outer Diameter
Test by vernier caliper with division value of 0.02mm.
3.3Appearance
Visual test away from 30cm under non-direct light. Using vernier caliper, specified measure gauge, feeler gauge and magnifying glass if necessary.
3.4Amount of Lead and Cadmium Dissolution
Test according to GB/T21170
